Terms of service for “nissi implementation staff “ & “Nissi customization staff “ prepaid packages.

meaning & some definitions used in this document

  • “Nissi” (or) “nissi” means :- Nissi Infotech P Ltd

  • ”INDIAN CUSTOMER”” (or) “INDIAN CUSTOMER”” means = the “prospect who has paid for the nissichefcoffee.com “user license” who lives within the country India.

  • INDIAN CUSTOMER”” city means:- The city where “INDIAN CUSTOMER”” lives and wants the software the nissichefcoffee.com “user license” to be used and to be implemented.

  • Implementation meaning :- “Nissichefcoffee.com implementation” (or)“software implementation” means teaching the “client” how to use the nissichefcoffee.com software , how to adapt and use the nissichefcoffee.com software fully for day to day use for business activities and handhold the “client” and staff of client to use the software fully until they are fully able to use the nissichefcoffee.com software .

  • "customization” means to make changes to nissichefcoffee.com software and to modify, add features , modules ,reports etc., in the software as per the request of “client” if the request is technically and commercially cleared ,viable and possible subject to the terms.

  • “nissi implementation staff “means the staff of Nissi allocated to ”INDIAN CUSTOMER”” for specific prepaid hours. at Nissi campus at coimbatore-India for teaching ,training and implementation of software nissichefcoffee.com remotely online for “INDIAN CUSTOMER””s

  • “Nissi customization staff “ means the staff of Nissi allocated to ”INDIAN CUSTOMER”” for specific prepaid hours. at Nissi campus at coimbatore-India for customizing /modifying the software as per the need of “INDIAN CUSTOMER”” .

  • Systems and procedures adopted by nissi for training the “INDIAN CUSTOMER”” and their staff on nissichefcoffee.com and customizing the software as per the need of “INDIAN CUSTOMER”” :-

  • 25 hours of “prepaid package” online Training per month on nissichefcoffee.com for “INDIAN CUSTOMER”” meaning:- Nissi will be first allocating the “nissi implementation staff “at Nissi campus at coimbatore-India for teaching ,training and implementation of software nissichefcoffee.com remotely online for “INDIAN CUSTOMER””s for 25 hours for the first month if the package is purchased and paid in advance. In addition to this, in any case “INDIAN CUSTOMER””s request , Nissi will be sending “nissi implementation staff” to their premises, subject to the terms which will be informed on request.

  • “25 hrs “prepaid package” customization per month means:-Nissi will be allocating one nissi staff called the “Nissi customization staff “ at Nissi campus at coimbatore-India for customizing /modifying the software as per the need of “INDIAN CUSTOMER”” . Every “INDIAN CUSTOMER”” will be allocated 25 hours of “Nissi customization staff” hours for the first month if the package is purchased and paid in advance.. .. In case “INDIAN CUSTOMER”” likes to retain this “nissi customization staff “for a long hours beyond 25 hours to get the “customization and modifications “, then they may request for multiple packages of “Nissi customization staff” until the customizations are fully completed to the full satisfaction of “INDIAN CUSTOMER””s

  • The software quotation is given for the facilities that are already existing in the software only. All new features, modifications, customizations (whatever facility big or small that is not available in the software and is being requested by “INDIAN CUSTOMER””s) will be done for “INDIAN CUSTOMER””s by using the “25 hrs package of customization during the month or multiples there off.
